Food is hot, tasty, and of good quality. Friendly service.
When we entered the restaurant the music was so loud that it was hard to hear. The ambience of a restaurant is important to me. The place is extremely brightly lit with large ceiling fans. The roof is tin and this produces a strobe effect. The extremely loud music and strobe effect lighting makes one want to run from the place. The music was turned down at 9 so we decided to stay for dinner.
The barbecue has a dry rub that is interesting. I ordered the 1/4 chicken and it was dry. I did enjoy both raises.
The bbq is very good, especially the pulled beef. Prices are really good, too.
The staff was not accommodating or friendly about the loudness of the music. They also forgot salad for one party member. It was late and maybe they were tired.
Best food and atmosphere around, period.
My companions both ordered the two meat meals with ribs and pulled pork. They both enjoyed their meals. So stay with the pork!
Love the pulled beef. Everything else is good also. Could have few more side choices.
